Alliance Data hired PartnerComm to use this announcement as an opportunity to engage with associates in an exciting, meaningful way to instill feelings of company pride and further cultivate the company’s unique culture. Part of this announcement campaign included a call for associates to submit “Six Word Stories” — their experience at Alliance Data summed up in six special words. Their candid, heartfelt submissions became the backbone of a multi-channel communication campaign celebrating associate experiences.

  • Inclusion of a Call for Submissions page on the Alliance Data intranet for associates to submit their Six Words Story.
  • A custom campaign that included personalized illustrations by PartnerComm, based on associate submissions, that were shared through in-office signage, email, video, calendars, and specialty such as tumblers, mousepads, laptop skins, and more.

The Results

  • 962 associatessubmitted a Six Word Story, bypassing the initial goal of 500.
  • 652 associatespurchased Six Word Story merchandise, surpassing the initial target of 250.
  • Achieved an 80% overall favorable response among participantsin a post-campaign survey, confirming associates are proud to work for Alliance Data.
