Drawing upon more than 30 years of experience in the benefits communication industry, Laurie offers creative insight throughout every step of the production process, from copywriting to design to implementation. Laurie’s creative process combines cutting edge design strategy with an approachable, conversational copywriting approach. Her successful communication campaigns have garnered a variety of awards, including the International Association of Business Communicators’ prestigious Gold Quill Award.
Prior to co-founding PartnerComm in 1994, Laurie spent 12 years consulting with William M. Mercer, Inc. She holds a master’s degree in organizational communication and development from the University of Texas at Austin and bachelor’s degrees in journalism and speech communication from Baylor University.
