Who better to meet the challenge than PartnerComm? After working with Zale to set goals, explore the corporate culture and review past communication efforts, we drew on our human resources expertise and design skills to develop both a branding strategy and a graphic design to carry that strategy forward.
The HR brand serves three primary purposes:
- It emphasizes and heightens the value of HR programs at Zale.
- It unifies the programs in the eyes of Zale employees.
- It provides an easily recognizable system for differentiating campaigns while maintaining a consistent look.
The Zale HR brand is designed for a shelf life of at least two years. Already PartnerComm has featured the brand in five campaigns, including an annual enrollment campaign, 401(k) communications, and corporate, college and divisional recruiting campaigns.
