Hey benefits communicators, FAQs on SBCs (Summary of Benefits and Coverage) were released March 19, 2012. The FAQs don’t address many of the open issues, but the good news is, the government agencies intend to keep issuing FAQs as questions arise and PartnerComm will continue to watch the situation and guide our clients as necessary.
