When the owner of some of the biggest names in the fast-food industry needed to make a name for itself, PartnerComm was there to help.
Although Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc. owns the Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and Pizza Hut restaurant chains — three of the world’s most recognized brands — Tricon itself was virtually unknown. So we helped the company develop a recruiting strategy and campaign that tied together its three restaurant chains and identified them as “Tricon,” while at the same time retaining each chain’s unique identity.
Designed to appeal to a very diverse audience, the recruiting campaign targets the shared characteristics of successful Tricon recruits. The copy captures the most important elements of Tricon’s recruiting platform, and the design introduces a brand that sets Tricon’s recruiting materials apart from the competition.
