To launch its new HR brand, Works for Me, TXI wanted to make a splash with its annual enrollment campaign.
Because TXI was adding a number of benefits enhancements (including a PPO option and flexible spending accounts) PartnerComm brainstormed the theme Helping You Every Day. For each communication piece, we selected photos that showed people helping each other in everyday situations and included helpful hints on how TXI’s benefits could help employees in their everyday lives.
The campaign included an announcement piece that encouraged employees to, “See their benefits in a whole new light.” Inside, they found a flashlight key chain imprinted with the new HR brand. A change flyer was mailed home shortly afterwards, followed by an enrollment guide and a medical highlights chart.
