Burger King was moving into the future. As they prepared to separate from Diageo, their parent company, they wanted to promote the value of their Total Rewards package to their executives. The goal: retain Burger King's key leadership. The challenge: to present a positive picture of the company’s future as an independent spin-off.
To convey the image of forward movement, PartnerComm used blurred motion photos of Burger King restaurants. The bold splashes of color throughout the brochure complemented the colorful images of the Burger King food products (a staple of all Burger King communication).
Each of the spreads highlighted how Burger King’s forward thinking helps them stake their claim as a leader in the quick service industry – and how the Burger King Total Rewards package rewards employees for their role in Burger King’s success.
